Upon receipt of entry form, all submissions will become the property of the National Museum of Crime & Punishment; therefore, the picture will not be returned to the artist, and can be used, distributed, printed, and/or posted on the web by the museum in any manner it deems appropriate.
Pictures must not have been previously published or have proprietary protection.
All entries must be the photos of the dog they own; we will not take submissions from a 3rd party. Proof of ownership may be required by contest judges.
Photos must be of the dog only (no other pets or people in the photo).
Grand Prize winnings are non-transferrable. Local winners will not be eligible for flight.
We will not tolerate any animal to be treated inhumanely to elicit a unique picture, so please do not put your dog in any situation that is dangerous or would appear to be dangerous for your pet.
